Keep Smiling Mr.President it's going to rain all day.
Despite the rain they kept their spirits up all day and no doubt took on some more spirits when they got back to the clubhouse!
A great way to spend a rainy day at TPGC, all the players put on their rain gear and just got on with it, so credit to all those who took part. Considering the amount of rain that fell the course stood up well, the golf was good, the food & hot drinks at the halfway house were even more welcome than normal.
Thanks to all those helpers & staff who turned out on a very wet day to make it a successful day for the players and the Captains Charity.

The 2023 Staffordshire Amateur Championship is a prestigious event held at Trentham Park Golf Club this year. It was a great honour for our club to serve as the host venue. In recognition of our efforts and the significant course modifications undertaken, we were presented with a beautiful glass memento. This prized possession will be proudly showcased at our club, symbolizing the dedication and hard work that went into attaining the exceptional standards required for hosting such a prestigious championship.
