Fred Hughes Senior Captain 2026

Fred served his apprenticeship under the watchful eye of Phil Maitland last year and is now fully qualified to take up the post of Senior Captain for 2026.

Fred was a regular member of the Senior Teams and no doubt has a fully stocked wardrobe of jokes – well he is still a Stoke City FC supporter!

He will surely get the support of Senior Section

Dean Burgess Vice Captain 2026

Here is some background about Dean for those of you who dont now him but its highly likely you do or will!

Started playing golf aged 11 and was a junior member at Greenway Hall in the 1970’s.  Played cricket and football during my younger years whilst continuing to play golf and was a member at Izaak Walton in the 1990’s.  
Joined TP 4 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed my time in the senior set up, particularly playing for the senior team against other clubs.
I’m looking forward to supporting Fred in his role as senior Captain.
As we are both avid Stoke City fans, I’m sure we’ll blend well together!
